Panda – Masculine BD Card

Hi There,

Here to share a card that I made for my friend who loves bears. I decided to make him a Panda card using the digi stamp from The Paper Shelter – Most Adorable Panda.

Coloured in the image with a mixture of Spectrum Noir Markers and Copics. I love the way that the Spectrum Noir markers blended so great on the eyes. Hope you do too!

Here is a close-up of the Panda.

For the background papers I used Bo Bunny – Felicity (12 in. x 12 in.) double sided paper.

Die cuts – My Creative Time – More Stitched Circles

Edging – Tim Holtz Distress Inks – Ground Espresso

Sentiment – Stampin Up – Vintage Labels, Tim Holtz Distress Inks – Broken China and Tim Holtz Distress Inks – Peacock Feathers.

Entered into The Paper Shelter Challenge – Challenge 294 – Stitching Faux or Real

Mermaid

Here is a close-up.

Mermaid-CU

I coloured the image using Spectrum Noir Markers and then added some Clear Wink of Stella on the tail fin and scales.

Background paper is from Pebbles – Lakeside Paper Pad – 6 x 6″ (15.2 cm x 15.2 cm). Too darken it I used Tim Holtz – Walnut Stain.

For the waves I used Ken Oliver Crafts Color Burst – Lime Green and Turquoise on watercolour paper. Then cut out the waves using Craftin Desert Diva’s – Outdoor Landscape Dies.

For the portal I cut out the circles and the center using My Creative Time – More Stitched Circles. I then used Inka Gold – Copper to get the metallic look and added some pearls from Glitterazzi Embellishments.

Sentiment is from Craftin Desert Diva’s – Under the Sea. Stitched Oval is from Die-Namics – My Favorite Things – MFT-521.

Hope you like it!
